Q: Why do you do this?
A: I do this because I love working with computers. I also love to show people how to use them so they can get the most out of their systems.

Q: Is this a full time job for you?
A: No, I have a day job working on much bigger computers and networks. But I have been helping people with their PCs for years.

Q: Will you come to my house?
A: Sure. Much like the Dr’s of days gone by, I make house calls. Or you could drop your equipment at my house

Q: So what makes you better than those ‘geeks’, ‘nerds’ or whatever else they call themselves?
A: I don’t work on a quota of a certain amount of calls per day. I have years of experience at my fingertips. Not just some CD that the ‘company’ provides. My rates are cheaper. I don’t have to pay for VW Beetles, or TV adds, or space in a fancy store. Lastly, I do this because I want to. Not because I have to.

Q: So, What are your rates?
A: Rates will vary by job, but depending on what you need done, anywhere between $30 to $50 per hour of labor. Rates are also negotiable, and I won’t charge you if I can’t fix it.
